Library SuperSearch allows multiple databases to be searched at one time. For example, both a ProQuest database and an EBSCO database can be searched together.

To try Library SuperSearch click here and then from the next screen choose the databases to be searched with the check boxes. Enter the search terms at the top of the screen (advanced is the default search but there is a "basic" option) and then click "go" to execute the search. The results are displayed by database name, but use the "sort" function to order the results another way (by "date" will put them in latest to earliest date order).

Keep in mind that Library SuperSearch eliminates most of the special search features of each individual database. If one database seems particularly useful consider searching it individually to take advantage of search functions unique to that database.
