MIDDLE STATES EVALUATION
Philadelphia University is accredited by the Middle
States Commission on Higher Education. As part of the
accreditation process, an evaluation team visits our campus
every ten years to assess the extent to which we are meeting
the 14 Standards for Accreditation established by the
Commission. In between these visits, the University submits
a written report to the Commission – the Periodic Review
Report.
Recently, Philadelphia University
conducted a comprehensive internal assessment coordinated
by a Steering Committee representing several campus
constituencies. The result of this analysis – the
Philadelphia University Self-Study – is
complete.
The Self-Study was submitted to the
Commission and to an eight-member team of peer reviewers.
This team visited our campus from April 23rd to April
26th, 2006.
