The Exchange: Philadelphia's Intercultural Center

The purpose is to raise awareness of cultural diversity and celebrate the evolving ethnic landscape of the City. It will offer PERMANENT AND ROTATING EXHIBITION presenting materials about a variety of ethnic backgrounds. Additionally, there will be spaces for educational arts, music, food, and other cultural programs, with the aim to bridge racial divides and establish a place for exchange of traditions.

The GOAL of The Exchange is to build a more peaceful society by facilitating intercultural dialogue through education and communication. By celebrating the multicultural fabric of Philadelphia and our nation, the center will be a transformative space where visitors bring and take away valuable ideas and experiences resulting in a higher awareness of the human condition.
