Quota and Mail Attachments
There is a 25MB attachment limit when sending emails. Emails with attachments larger than 25MB will not send. Please use a free file uploading resource, like Dropbox, or a group folder, such as Lightning, to send large files.
Spam and Phishing scams
Phishing is attempting to acquire information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. Communications purporting to be from popular social web sites, auction sites, online payment processors or IT administrators are commonly used to lure the unsuspecting user.
A good resource to help explain phishing scams is this Phishing Quiz.
