Student Email (Office 365)
If you're having trouble logging into your PhilaU Student Email Please visit the following site with instructions on how to successfully log in.
Microsoft Office 365 is a hosted service that provides email accounts for Philadelphia University students. Students can access their email by visiting http://www.philau.edu/webmail and clicking on the Office 365. Using Outlook Live, students can easily communicate with faculty and staff members.
Accessing Outlook Live Email:
Users can sign in Online at: http://www.outlook.com/mail.philau.edu
To log in use the following information (Note: YourUserName is the same login for Webadvisor and Blackboard)
User ID: Username@mail.philau.edu
Password: The same password used to log in to Webadvisor and Blackboard
(The user's initial password is set to "PhilaUmmddyy" where "mmddyy" is the users six-digit date of birth. For example, if born on January 31, 1992, the user's password would be 013192. If you don't know what your password is please Click Here to visit the PhilaU password reset page)

Quota and Limitations:
Students are allotted is 25 GB of storage per each Office 365 account. Students can send email attachments up to 25 MB in size.
Trouble Logging in:

Skydrive
Skydrive is a virtual storage cloud that comes with every Office 365 email account. Skydrive lets students store photos and documents online and access these files from any PC, Mac or Smartphone. To log in, visit "https://skydrive.live.com/".
Students are limited to 7GB of storage. More information about Skydrive can be found by Clicking Here.
Sending Large Documents Over the Internet
Office 365 email restricts the maximum file size of an attached file to 25MB. In most cases students may need to send files larger than 25MB. Use the services below to upload and send files larger than 25MB by email.
(Note: These are 3rd Party sites. All information and programs are not related to or in any way connected with Philadelphia University)
Sendspace - Allows users to upload files to Sendspace's server which can then be downloaded by anyone who has the download link.
Dropbox - Allows users to upload files which can be accessed from any Internet ready device. Dropbox allows users to upload files to a public folder who's address can be sent to various recipients.
