Student Webadvisor

WebAdvisor is the main portal for Philadelphia University members to access information about rosters, time entry, and grading. To log in to WebAdvisor go to "WA.PhilaU.Edu" or click on the WebAdvisor link at the upper right side of any PhilaU.edu page.

(Note: If users cannot log in they should visit the Password Reset Page to reset their password. If problems persists contact the Technology Help Desk. If the user's account is locked they should reset their password and then wait 15 minutes before trying to log in again)

 

Register for classes

Webadvisor is where students can register for classes and find out their class schedules once they are posted.

1. Academic Profile - This is the area of Webadvisor where students can view their class schedules and access their transcripts. Click on the respective link to access each section in Webadvisor.

2. Register - Under registration, students can search for, drop, and add classes each semester. For information about when students are able to register, please visit the Registrars Webpage. If students need support with registration, please contact the Registrars Office at 215-951-2990.

Time Entry

Webadvisor is where Philadelphia University workers can input their hours worked for on-campus employment. Under the "Time Entry and Approval" section please click "Time Entry" to input hours.

 

Academic Profile

The Academic Profile section of Webadvisor is where students can view their grades, transcripts, and class schedules. It is also where students can make a deposit and change personal information. For questions and concerns please contact the Registrars office.

 

Financial Aid

The Financial Aid section in Webadvisor is where students can see their Financial Aid, see their status, and contact the Financial Aid department for help. 

 

QuickPay Link

The QuickPay Link in Webadvisor is where students can pay their tuition. It is also where students can setup other people, such as their parents, to pay tuition for them. The QuickPay login and passwords can only be modified by the student who is attending Philadelphia University. 

If a guest's login stops working, please delete it and recreate it in the QuickPay section as the student attending Philadelphia University is the only person in charge of those accounts.
