Listed below are support options for hardware repair. OIR collaborates with the Computer Fixer program to bring students support on campus. However depending on the computer model and warranty the user should contact their technology device manufacturer directly.

Friday Drop-off & Pickup Each Week
Provides Support for:
- Hardware related issues
- Printer support
- Data Recovery
- System Blue Screens
- Software Installations/re-installations (this includes operating systems)
- Memory Upgrades
- All Other Major and Minor Laptop Issues
Does Not Provide Support for:
- Access to Philadelphia University wired/wireless network and network resources. Please contact the Laptop Clinic or call the Technology Help Desk for support with Philadelphia University Resources.
