Transferring out of VoicemailIf the person you want to speak to is not at his/her extension and you are greeted by Voicemail, you can hang up or you can press # and dial another extension and #.Creating Distribution ListsYou can send a message to several people in the same way that you would send a message to an individual — just dial the number of the distribution list instead of the extension.
