CHANGING YOUR VOICEMAIL PASSWORD
DETAIL:
To prevent others from accessing
your voice mailbox, it is important to keep your
voicemail password secure. We strongly recommend
that you change your voicemail password the first
time you log into your voice-mail box.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Dial the Philadelphia
University voicemail system:
On campus = x2500
Off campus = 1-215-951-2500
2. Enter your mailbox number. Then press the "#" key.
3. Enter your mailbox password. Then press the "#" key.
4. Press "8 4" and following the prompt, enter in your new
password. NOTE: You may not use a recently used
password again as your new password, and your password must
be from four to sixteen numbers or letters, except the
characters # and *.
5. Enter your new password again. Then press the "#" key.
6. Enter your old password. Then press the "#" key.
If your password expires, follow the prompts for changing a
password.
