B.S. in Organizational Leadership
The Organizational Leadership online degree program builds upon the skills required for successful entry into and promotion within a variety of business and career related fields. In addition to developing effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, students will articulate an understanding of organizations and workplace environments; attain media literacy and proficiency; and develop skills necessary to manage a diverse workforce.
