B.S. in Organizational Leadership

About the Program

The Philadelphia University Online B.S. in Organizational Leadership program builds the skills required for successful entry and promotion in leadership-related positions. Learn to effectively communicate and prioritize organizational objectives, and provide operational oversight and other administrative services within a business. You will develop effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, and have an understanding of organizations and workplace environments, attain media literacy and proficiency, and develop skills necessary to manage a diverse workforce.
