Curricular SEQUENCE

(For students entering 2012-13 academic year)

Classes meet eight weekends each semester (Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM), and are supported by off-campus learning activities delivered on-line between class meetings.

First-year courses are offered over a 12-month calendar beginning in September. There is a mandatory weekend orientation during the first weekend of August prior to the start of the academic year.

Final third-year coursework involves full-time fieldwork rotations. Concurrent clinical reasoning courses are delivered on-line and support development of skills directly within the fieldwork experience. Students return to campus in the spring to prepare for graduation and the national certification exam.
