Wendy Wachter-Schutz, OTD, MS, OTR/L has clinical experience in acute care, outpatient services, and trauma settings where she worked with people recovering from traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury. Her most recent clinical work has been in home health where she works exclusively with people with dementia and their caregivers. Prior to teaching she served as a director of rehabilitation in a city-based hospital in Philadelphia.  She also served on the board of directors of POTA, and as treasurer for POTA District V.  Wendy’s teaching responsibilities include assessment and intervention for adult populations, clinical reasoning, functional neuroanatomy and practice platform seminars.
