* Credit requirement may be adjusted for Certified Occupational Therapy
Assistants. # Due to the changes in information in these fields, and
the importance of these courses as a basis for the OT curriculum,
work in these courses must have been completed within seven years
of admission to the program. Candidates wishing to request a waiver
of this limitation must write a letter to the OT program director
clarifying the current nature of their knowledge base. Each case will
be considered by the department on an individual basis.

Transfer of credit and credit by waiver examinations are not available to students in the Occupational Therapy Program due to the integrated nature of the coursework in this Program.
