Biographical Summary:
Maureen is a Philadelphia native and is a big fan of the Pennsylvania sports teams. Upon her graduation from Hahnemann University’s PA Program, she began her career in family practice. She has also worked in multiple specialty fields including Internal medicine, with a large geriatric population, and a children’s hospital on the surgical/trauma team. She has mentored many students over her years in practice and truly enjoys the diversity of the patients and their life experiences. In addition to teaching at Philadelphia University, she works as a PA in the emergency room at Virtua Hospital in Voorhees, NJ. She and her husband have five children who live in the Philadelphia area. She enjoys time with family and friends at the New Jersey shore and loves traveling and boating with her husband, Frank. She recently participated in the Honduras Missions trip with fellow PA’s and PA students from Philadelphia University.
