- Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine Preceptorships:
Off-campus, six-week experiences in hospital or biomedical research institutes. Usually, a hospital experience is one of two required preceptorships. Previous sites have included Albert Einstein Medical Center, University of Pennsylvania and the Academy of Natural Sciences. Preceptorships have provided students with one-on-one, hands-on exposure to medical diagnostics and scientific technique.
