Course Renumbering Information
In conjunction with each school and department, all Philadelphia University courses have been renumbered to more accurately reflect content. For information on the new numbering system, including a chart comparing old and new course numbers, click on the relevant link below:
Students may also elect to use our Excel-based Course Renumbering Conversion Tool.
IMPORTANT: Anticipated Completion Date
The University Registrar’s Office would like to request that you check your “anticipated completion date” on WebAdvisor. This is the month and year of your graduation (i.e., 05/09, May 2009). The information is located under your Student Profile which is a selection option after you log in.
Once you have selected Student Profile scroll down and you will see your Academic Program, Academic Level, Degree, Anticipated Completion Date, Academic Standing Major Minor CCD, and Specialization.
If the anticipated completion date is wrong, or is not what you think it should be, please contact us by sending an email to registrar@philau.edu. Please enter "Change My Completion Date" on the subject line. In the body of the message let us know your name, student id or social security number, your program, and the date you think you should be graduating. We will investigate and make modifications as necessary. Thank you for your attention in this matter!
