The vision of the Registrar’s office at Philadelphia University is to provide students, faculty, staff and external customers with exceptional services, resources and support and to advance the mission and strategic initiatives of the university.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Registrar’s office at Philadelphia University is to maintain the accuracy and integrity of all student and academic records, and to provide all customers with accurate academic information. The Registrar's office also strives to provide quality services and resources as it relates to the Registrar’s office functions and in accordance with the mission, strategic plan and policies of the University. The Registrar’s office functions include but are not limited to records, registration, graduation, certification, classroom assignments, reports, degree audit, transcripts, federal reporting, academic calendar, course maintenance/scheduling, academic processes, etc.
