Lloyd Russow
is a Professor of International Business and
Marketing. Dr. Russow is also the Associate Dean of the
School of Business Administration at Philadelphia
University. He has been teaching courses in international
business, international marketing, trading blocs, principles
of marketing, and strategic marketing since he joined
Philadelphia University in 1992. Dr. Russow has articles
published in Journal of Global Marketing, International
Marketing Review, Journal of Studies in International
Education, and other journals. In 2000, International
Dimensions of Marketing, a text he coauthored with Dr. Vern Terpstra was published by the South-Western Publishing
Company. He is currently working on a book of readings in
the use of digital technology in teaching international

Jerome Witt,
is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Philadelphia
University where he has taught since 1990. He holds a BS
degree from Indiana University and MBA and PhD degrees
earned at the University of Arkansas. He has over thirty
years of experience in business and industry in the fields
of data processing, computer programming, systems analysis,
retailing and wholesaling. His varied experience has been
gained in small, medium, and large companies as an employee,
manufacturers’ representative, corporate Vice President, and
owner. Dr. Witt’s teaching areas include courses in
marketing principles, advertising, promotion management,
