Robert Koulish, Ph.D., is a political scientist with research interests in immigration law and privatization, Hungarian Roma, and law and technology. Robert is a micro radio enthusiast and blogger, which he enjoys when he is not playing with his two small children, Olivia (almost 5) and Julian (2). His wife Steph teaches at Loyola College in Baltimore
