M.S. IN
FASHION APPAREL STUDIES
The graduate program in Fashion
Apparel Studies is a comprehensive
academic experience for the
professional who is motivated to
develop their advanced-level
management and technical skills. It
attracts students from North Central
and South America, East Asia, South
Asia, and the Middle East.
Fashion Apparel Studies is an
educational program that challenges
the student to develop the unique
analytical, creative, and problem
solving skills required by today’s
global fashion apparel industry.
Graduate students with differing
professional goals and interests are
brought together in common courses
and seminars. The curriculum
includes 21 credit hours of core
courses, 12 credit hours of courses
in either apparel marketing or
advanced apparel manufacturing, and
six credit hours for a thesis.
Graduates from the MS in Fashion
Apparel Management program at
Philadelphia University have held
executive positions with Target,
Nike, Jones New York, QVC,
Motherswork, Victoria’s Secret,
India Industrial Garment Machines,
and SGS U.S. Testing Services.
