Registering Your Vehicle

Step One

Make note of this number as you proceed to step two. Be sure to copy all digits as they appear above; your Colleague ID is used to uniquely identify you to the iparq system.

If you do not see a Colleague ID # at all or have obtained an error message, please contact HelpDesk@PhilaU.edu. Your Colleague ID # is used as an account number by iparq, and you will not be able to register your vehicle without your ID number.

Once you have your Colleague ID#, proceed to step two below.

Step Two

Click on the "proceed to iparq" link here or in the box to the right, or on the iparq logo. A secondary window will open. From there, click on the APPLY button and follow instructions on the iparq site to either setup an account or login to your existing account.

Those with existing iparq accounts (i.e. those who participated in last year's parking program) should use the same email address they used last year along with the password chosen at that time. Your password and ID # are not the same. You need your password in order to proceed to the screen where you will enter your ID. If you do not remember your password from last year, follow the link for "Forgot Your Password?" on the iparq login screen and password reset instructions will be emailed to you. You will need to reset your password and then log back into the iparq system. If prompted, enter "Philadelphia University" as your parking destination.

If you experience problems with the iparq system, or have questions regarding its use, please contact ThePermitStore.com Customer Service at 805.963.9400 or email custserv@iparq.com.

Step Three

Faculty and Staff: once you have completed the registration process, your permit will be sent to you via campus mail.  Student permits must be picked up at the Office of Safety and Security. Please be aware that first-year (under 30 credit hours) resident students are not permitted to have a vehicle on campus.

The Safety and Security Office is located on the Ravenhill Campus and is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Summer hours are until 4:30 p.m. Call 215.951.2620 with questions.
