Registering Your Vehicle
Make note of this number as you proceed to step two. Be sure to copy all digits as they appear above; your Colleague ID is used to uniquely identify you to the iparq system.
If you do not see a Colleague ID # at all or have obtained an error message, please contact HelpDesk@PhilaU.edu. Your Colleague ID # is used as an account number by iparq, and you will not be able to register your vehicle without your ID number.
Once you have your Colleague ID#, proceed to step two below.
Click on the "proceed to iparq" link here to be taken to the parking website. From there, click on the "CLICK HERE" section under 'Buy Permits' and follow the instructions to either setup an account or login to your existing one.
Those with existing iparq accounts (i.e. those who participated in last year's parking program) should use the same email address they used last year along with the password chosen at that time. If you do not remember your password from last year, click the link for "Forgot Your Password?" on the login screen and follow the instructions. Please note that when you are asked for your ID number, the number needs to be seven digits long. If your number has six digits, add one zero; if it has five digits, add two zeroes.
If at any point you have difficulty navigating the site or are unable to complete your order, please contact Safety & Security at 215 951 2620 or by visiting the office on the Ravenhill campus for assistance. The office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
On the final page when you complete your order, you will find a button where you are able to print a temporary permit while your sticker is being processed and shipped. You will need to have the temporary permit displayed visibly on the registered vehicle's dashboard. Please be aware of the expiration date on the temporary permit, as you will need to have claimed your sticker from the Safety & Security office before that date. Students: In order to get your permit, you will need to have with you a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and current vehicle insurance. Faculty and Staff: Your parking sticker will be sent to your campus office via campus mail. If you have not received the sticker before the expiration date, please contact the Safety & Security office. If the sticker has not been delivered prior to the expiration date on the temporary, contact the office and the temporary can be extended.
***Please be aware that first-year resident students with under 24 credit hours are not permitted to have a vehicle on campus without written permission from the Dean of Students Office, located in the Kanbar Campus Center.***
