Making Payments with QuikPAY

QuikPAY allows you to access your account and make payments anytime. It also allows you to grant access to authorized payers, who can login to QuikPAY using their authorized payer login and password.

Students and their authorized payers can access statements and make payments 24/7 via WebAdvisor.

Visit to begin.

Choose “log in” button. Log in with your University username and password. Choose “Students” button. Scroll over to view the “Billing Information” and choose “QuikPAY.” QuikPAY menu appears.

To view account balance and statements:

  • From the QuickPAY menu, choose “View & Pay Accounts.” The current activity status will automatically display. This is a live, up-to-the-minute display of your account balance, including changes since the previous statement.
  • To view latest statement, click "View Latest Statement" in the Statement Information box. To print a statement, click on download PDF.
  • The "Statement Information" and "Make Payment" box may reflect a higher balance when your Financial Aid is pending. Click on "View Latest Statement" or "Current Activity" to see balance due after deduction of pending Financial Aid.
  • To view previous statements, click “Statement History” under “Statement Information.” Click on the magnifying glass for a closer view of any statement.

To make a payment:

  • From the QuickPAY menu, choose “Make Payment.”
  • Select the term for your payment from the drop-down menu.
  • Type the amount you wish to pay in the blank box marked “Payment Amount.”
  • Choose a “Payment Method” from the drop-down menu. The University accepts eCheck (no fee) and credit/debit cards (2.75% service fee). The University accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA for online tuition and fee payments.
  • Students can also add authorized payers who can login to QuikPAY using their authorized payer login and password.

How to add Authorized Payers

To set up direct deposit for your credit balance refund:

  • From the QuickPAY menu, choose "Direct Deposit".
  • Follow steps to key in checking or savings account and routing information. Please make sure account and routing information is accurate to avoid further delays. 
  • Please note: Only student refunds will be issued via direct deposit.  Student accounts with refunds due as a result of a Parent PLUS loan will have refunds issued to the parent borrower via paper check.
  • Work study students with direct deposit set up for pay check is not connected to the refund process. Please set your account via QuikPAY for your refund.
