- If you received a Financial Aid Award Letter and your QuikPay statement does not reflect all or some of your financial aid you may need to take further action.
- Stafford Loans:
- If your Stafford Loans are not reflected as "Pending Financial Aid" on your QuikPay statement please confirm that you have completed the Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling at StudentLoans.gov. You will need your student FASFA pin to login.
Parent Plus Loan:
If your Parent Plus Loan is not reflected as "Pending Financial Aid" on your student's QuikPay statement please check to make sure that you have completed your loan application and that you have signed the Master Promissory Note (also found at StudentLoans.gov). You will need your parent FASFA pin number to login.
Federal Work-Study is not deducted from the student’s tuition invoice.Students in the Federal Work-Study Program are employed by the University. Students are paid bi-weekly for the hours worked during the preceding pay period.
If you have verified that you have completed your FASFA, MPN, and Loan Applications and the Pending Financial Aid on your QuikPay statement is not reflective of your award letter, please contact the Financial Aid Office for assistance.
