We are proud to offer to our LEAD alumni the opportunity to participate as a LEAD Scholar.  The LEAD Scholars’ experience will intersect with that of the general Fall LEAD Program through the following required elements:

• Attend and speak at the Opening Ceremony;
• Take the LPI a second time with the general LEAD participants to compare previous results;
• Participate in StrengthsQuest;
• Participate in a "Leadership In Action" project by identifying a campus or community issue and proposing a mutually beneficial and feasible solution to a University panel, including President Spinelli; 
• Meet  with the LEAD Scholars mentor three times throughout the semester;
• Attend at least two workshop offerings;
• Take advantage of additonal leadership and professional opportutnities;
