LEAD Scholars Program:

Upon entering the second year of the LEAD Program at PhilaU, we are proud to offer to our LEAD alumni the opportunity to participate as a LEAD Scholar.  The LEAD Scholars’ experience will intersect with that of the general Fall LEAD Program through the following required elements:

• - Attend and speak at the Opening Ceremony;
• - Take the LPI a second time with the general LEAD participants to compare previous results;
• - Meet  with the LEAD Scholars mentor three times throughout the semester;
• - Attend at least two workshop offerings;
• - Reach out  to a workshop presenter to co-facilitate with a PhilaU faculty or staff member;
• - Co-present with the LEAD Scholars a roundtable discussion about leadership on campus;
• - Document and reflect upon LEAD Scholar experience via the Digication e-portfoliio software.
