If you are on campus and think that the student presents an immediate threat of physical harm either to him/self of some else contact Security at 215.951. 2999 or 215.848.5555 immediately.
If you and/or the student are off campus call 911 immediately.
DURING WORKING HOURS
If you are a student and experiencing a severe personal emergency during normal working hours you may call Counseling Services at 215.951.2868 or come in person. The secretary in the
Dean of Students Office
will notify one of the counselors who will consult with you to determine what action the crisis requires.
If you are concerned about another student and you believe that the person is in severe crisis or the situation is an emergency contact Counseling Services at 215.951.2868 immediately to alert them to the situation. One of the counselors will consult with you to determine the best course of action and make arrangements to see the student as soon as possible that same day. You may be asked to escort the student to Counseling Services.
AFTER HOURS AND WEEKENDS
For all emergencies after hours resident students should notify the RA or RC on duty in their residence hall. Faculty, staff and other students may contact security at 215.951.2999 or 215.848.5555 A member of the Counseling Services staff will be contacted.
Students experiencing emergencies off campus should call 911 for emergency response.
