Philadelphia University’s Landscape
Architecture Program is one of seven
winners of the Schuylkill Action Network
(SAN) Educational Sector Source Water
Protection Award for 2006. The award
recognizes the program’s educational
leadership in the protection of sources
of drinking water. An awards ceremony
will take place Wednesday, May 10 at
11:30 a.m. at the Upper Dublin Township
Building. |

Student Jessica Williams was
recently selected by Boston University
to participate in its African
Presidential Archives and Research
Center (APARC) Student Fellows Program.
As part of the program, Williams will
travel to Johannesburg, April 19 through
22, to serve as an official observer in
the African Presidential Roundtable
2006, which focuses on issues relative
to Africa and its global relationships.
Williams was chosen for her academic
achievements and exceptional motivation
and ambition. |

National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Excellence Award. The
Center will receive a plaque and publicity in Spotlight Online, the NACE
Journal, and on NACEWeb for its outstanding programs and practices. |
