If you wish to add an event to the University calendar, use the form below. Please note that submission of an event via the form below does not guarantee a listing in the University calendar; all event submissions are subject to an approval process. We ask that you please first consult the University calendar before submitting an event as many University events are already preloaded into the calendar.
While we welcome event submissions from friends and neighbors in East Falls and surrounding communities, we ask at this time that those without a valid University account first contact us at Today@PhilaU.edu before using this form. All events are evaluated for their appropriateness for the University community.
