International students are not eligible to apply for financial aid. It is recommended they have a sponsor and be prepared to meet expenses for one full year of schooling before applying for admission. For more information on preparing for costs of attendance, visit NAFSA’s website.
Academic-based scholarships are awarded in the amounts of $2,500-$5,000 per year. Applicants are considered automatically upon acceptance to the University. A separate application is not required. Eligible students will be notified of any scholarship award shortly after receiving a decision letter.
To obtain an I-20 application for the F-1 Student Visa, accepted students must submit an International Student Agreement form, a Statement of Support form showing sponsor support in the amount of $50,043 (for one year) and bank statements in the sponsor's name. Bank statements must show funds that are immediately liquidible and that are dated within the last 6 months. Both the Statement of Support form and bank statements must be notarized. A notary is a public official who can attest to the authenticity of legal documents and bear witness when the Statement of Support form is signed. A solicitor or lawyer may perform these duties, depending upon country and jurisdiction. Regardless of a student’s residency status – with plans to live on or off campus – the University requires a proof of funds in the amount of $48,434 for the I-20 application and F-1 Visa. This amount accounts for tuition, meals, housing and the following expenses:

- Books, Insurance, Personal Items – $3,000

Students are invoiced in July and December for the next semester's charges and electronic statements may be accessed via WebAdvisor using the QuikPAY link. In QuikPAY, students may add an Authorized Payer who will also be notified when a new statement is available. The University does not mail billing statements. Students will be charged for tuition, fees, health insurance, housing and meal costs. Health insurance may be waived if a student has adequate alternative insurance coverage.
