Technology Help Desk

The Technology Help Desk is a "one-stop-shopping"  point of access, for Philadelphia University's computer users.  Our mission is to provide assistance and follow-up on services provided by the Office of Information Technology.  These services include support for faculty, staff, and student computers; voicemail, cable, and telephone requests; network and e-mail accounts; administrative computing systems; and academic computing labs.

Use our Self-Service page to look through our solutions database to try and find an answer to your problem. If you cannot resolve the issue feel free to use this same service to fill out a request for one of our technicans to look at.

Troubleshooting basics

Printers and Computers

Please restart all Printers and Technology Devices as the first step in correcting any issue. Many times just restarting a Technology device can lead to a resoultion.

Make sure all devices are correctly plugged in. Even one unplugged cord can mean the difference between working and not working


Logging into Accounts

Please first reset your password at our Password Reset Page to see if your password has expired. Your password expires every 90 days and is the main cause of not being able to sign into University Accounts such as Blackboard, Webadvisor, and Email.
